A £100 non refundable deposit is taken on booking with the balance due one month before arrival.

The deposit becomes a housekeeping deposit that will be returned on departure by bank transfer when the cottage is returned in tidy order and with no damage or extra cleaning.......dont worry the odd broken glass doesnt count!

We do not charge for dogs and your four legged friends are very welcome. We accept one dog but two smaller dogs will fit also. We have never charged for dogs but we do ask that you hoover up any hairs and use throws (we provide) on the furniture. Unless your dogs are really chilled please do not leave your dog/s 'home alone' You know your own dog, I woudn't leave ours!
